Green washing Offshore Wind Farms has begun!

 With the Kerry coast being designated as an offshore wind farm area should environmental charities be supporting both MPA's 'Marine Protected Areas' and OFW's. As we go deeper into this kind of environmental fascism we are getting more exposed to basically being hood winked.  When they put a hood or blinkers on a horse the sole purpose is to stop outside interference from either the crowd or other horses. Basically to create a mindset of tunnel vision but with this comes ignorance. So when we hear about Offshore Wind-farms and their importance to counteract climate change, we are being pushed into a space where to question, is almost criminal. So lets think back?! When and where has this happened before? Think of it?! If you are able because most of us are not able to think for ourselves. What is happening now, has happened before, years ago! Have you guessed? 

Green Washing Hydro

Hydro power was green washed way before the thought of offshore Wind farms even came into consciousness. It's funny because we have actual very well known scientists who at this moment are pushing offshore wind farms. It's like a reincarnation of what happened all those years ago, when they dammed our greatest rivers and caused untold damage to some of our greatest eco systems. These same scientists now want these dams torn down, to allow bio-diversity and eco systems, return to their former glory. Another practise deemed essential for the environment was salmon farming. It was green washed to make us believe that for wild salmon to prosper, we needed to farm salmon. I wasn't even born when this concept was created but as a young child I remember knowing on the river bank that farming fish in estuaries was not good for our wild fish. It just didn't sit right with me. People with degrees were either bought off or made biased through vested interest, they couldn't speak up. Sometimes people did speak up but their voices were crowded out, and what happened was we ourselves wiped out sea trout on the west coast of Ireland! We still haven't learned our lessons and we think that the collages and state bodies are actually in favour of our environment but it's not true. Money reaps all, and controls everything. Money wins not the environment. There will be billions if not trillions made from these Offshore Wind farms, either through construction or fees after. Our bills will still have to be paid and we will make individuals wealthy beyond belief. What are the implications of offshore wild farms? I do not know but you bet that in years to come we will realise what they are. By then just like the current situation with salmon farms it will be too late.
