End of Summer, Start of Autumn and The Podcast

Lets talk about the Podcast!

So its been a few months and the response has been very positive. I would like to thank Tommy outdoors for the recording process and the experience was quite special. We should be doing another one quite soon but with hunting season apon us and with work, sometimes time is quite difficult to get.

Also I made a snippet video and here that is:

There has been some absolutely magnificent fishing going on also around the peninsula over the last two months. With the autumn storms and excellent surf conditions some anglers are catching there fair share of Bass. It must be mentioned that the closed season is now in full swing but we can still fish once C&R is practised.

Also with the start of hunting we have been out on a few occasions and on a positive note we are starting to see a huge increase in grouse over the last few years. The woodcock are starting to show and the snipe have landed in numbers.

Also in big news the regulations for the 2020 season have been released and it looks like the Feale will be C&R again for 2020 and the river Maine will be open to angling. Also the Annascual and the Milltown river in Dingle are C&R for 2020, so great action can be got on these two magnificent spate rivers back west and should not be counted out.
