The River Maine Fish Counter is a fraud!

The assessment of the fish counter clearly states that the counter was not producing verified counts in the first two months of the year! It says "Significant debris crossing and getting lodged on the weir, has caused an increase in the number of events on the weir." So that means that 1458 Spring Salmon would have crossed the counter in a very short period of time between March, April and May in 2018. This is outrageous. It's not possible and complete fraud and was an environmental crime to keep that river open in 2019. Also I have attached an email from the river basin district director saying that debris doesn't affect the statistics! The plot thickens!
